Custom Adult Tutu

This was one of my sweetest customers! "J" wanted an adult tutu for her 25th Birthday Party and Halloween costume! She wanted a Pink / Ivory tutu with pink satin wrapped waist and rhinestones. This was her final outfit, and I think she looked adorable in it!
