Here Comes The Bride....
I got a special request from a wholesaler I have in Texas. A bride wants to wear a halter tutu dress for her wedding reception! Well....at Miss Priss Tutus, we don't discriminate against adults!! Ask and you shall receive. Here is a custom made Tutu Halter Dress! The customer also wanted ones for her flower girls. I will be sure to post pictures after the bride gets married!**The tutu is having the flowers added by my wholesaler.**
